How Peace of Mind IT Limited is Neurodivergent friendly

1. Encourage customers to have a support person with them, if that makes them more comfortable. (There is nothing more nerve racking than meeting someone for the first time.)

2. Understand the need for some ND people to be doing something such as playing with a fidget spinner or not making eye contact when interacting with others.

​

3. No judgement on the state of your house or anything like that. If I wasn't married my house would be a right royal mess.


4. Will send two appointment reminder notifications to ND customers. One the day before and one an hour before the appointment.

  

5. Let me know if you prefer communication via text, Facebook Messenger, email or phone call. That is how I will communicate with you after first contact if that is what you would like.

6. I will answer questions with plain black and white answers, that are straight forward and easy to understand and also demonstrate things to you. (I already do this with existing customers).
